What are your opening hours?

My basic opening hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm at the moment. As I am freelance, I add on additional days as and when needed. Additional days will always be added for large colour appointments. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your appointment please give a minimum of 7 days notice.
If under 7 days deposit is none refundable.
Deposits paid will come off your end total in the salon. Deposits are moveable to rearrange an appointment if 7 days or more notice is given.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all card and contactless payments but cash is preferred when possible. 

Do I need a skin test for colour appointments?

Yes. All clients are required to book a free consultation where a skin test and any other necessary tests will be carried out prior to the appointment to make sure you are suitable for your chosen colour treatment.
